They stole my condo from me. I was not at the condo, but did own it outright, with no mortgage. About $1,000.00 in association dues were due.instead of notifying me, as they are legally required to do, they used a forced sale.
I was never notified of this forced sale, as texas law requires. Additionally, I was never compensated, at all, for the fair market value of the condo, which was roughly $70-80,000.00
Instead, the hearthwood condo association has stolen the condo, while denying me the proceeeds.
