I received two orders from Pokemonzone.com. Both orders were not only incorrect (we were sent the wrong items) but the items we received looked used and worn. I have been trying to get ahold of the company via email, live chat, and telephone but can't get ahold of anyone. No one answers the phone, it just goes to voicemail. The live chat says "offline" (it has said that for 4 days now) and now one responds to my emails. My daughter used her birthday money to buy from them and she is very upset that she got ripped off and we can't get ahold of anyone to correct the issue.
