Allstate will take mony out off my bank account with out my approvel on Monday October 1.
They say they have a right to do this and to call my bank to stop payment. I call my bank Citibank and they said they can not stop this because Allstate had send them a notification 3 days ahead. I read the notification on Saturday September 29 by email. This notification was not sent until Friday night September 28 and at this time I was not able to stop this before. As a customer I feel noone has a right to go into my checking account with out my authorisation. Please take care off this injustice.
