I was trying to make payment on directgov, as usual for my practical test which was suppose to be £52, but they charged me £92. No receipt or confirmation from then, just got to know it was scam. Some thing must be done with this people. And paypal must not allow this fakers to continue to used them for this kind of business. People like me trust paypal, but once the money went through paypal are helpless
