Chase is the name of the person who called me. Mugshot Removal Rip off

I was attempting to remove my mugshot from the internet as the charges were fully dismissed and are expunged. This is the only site that refused to remove it with the supplied copies of the above mentioned paperwork, and they stated they would do it if I paid them $399.
