I get my water from a community water system, which is owned by a company, Oasis Water LLC, and for a time it was operated by Waterpro... Now it is operated under the business name, Water Systems Management. All 3 of these companies are owned and operated by Ben and Candace Winkler.
Since Oasis Water has taken over, my water is black, full of debris (large chunks). It also smells like rotten eggs or chemicals. Oasis Water charges $112.00 a month (but are planning on raising the rates from $130 to $150). Because of all the debris that comes down the distrubution line, I am constantly making repairs and purchasing filters... That usually runs me $150 a month. Really bad quality of water for so much money.
Oasis Water also practices piss poor accounting. They have hired an invoicing system to do the billing. But when I get an invoice for the current month it doesn't ever reflect the past due balance or when payment was recieved.
