This is the letter i sent indicating that the slimtone and bodycleanse products should have incurred a charge of postage only, not the £75 and £37.50 respectively after a one month period??? This is surely upsetting a lot of people who are very hard pressed for money presently. I cancelled the products as they asked within a 14 day period and thought that this was the end of it... I do not think that this company has the right to debit via a visa card the money subsequently after initially giving permission for the postage costs only??? This is a matter for the authorities to handle and hope that the message to others who have had the same debits made are going to fight tooth and nail to get these refunded. Office of fair trading and banking ombudsman needs to be informed of this unscrupulous tactics used in debiting money from accounts subsequent to the first transaction, and stop these rogues getting away with funds which have put stress on those who are short of funds in the present difficult economies.
