Like other complaints, i saw on dr, oz and ordered on free trial for $4.95. Box came with no statement, no cancelation info, and no instructions on how to use the supplement except the tiny writting on bottle. Did nothing for me so found number i had scribbled down when i ordered. The recording came on being recorded for training purposes, then music for about ten minutes. Music stopped and i was dis-connected. I dialed back again, two more times this happened and i hung up frustrated. Tried again next day same thing. Once more, then a person named rachel answered. She gave me a cancelation number, but in formed me my 14 day trial was past. I noticed $79.99 pending on my acct. And called back again, was told i had gone over the 14 day free trial and would not take back remaining supplements. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one for 24 hrs., left my name and number and ben called, telling exactly same thing. I ask for his manager and no one called. I called back and talked to a sweet lady in the phillipines named sandra said she'd have manager call me 24 hrs or so. Told her also make in her notes i'm calling bbb here in states. Next day i little snip named nowal r. Called from portland, or saying this was a phone order, i had agreed to the terms and conditions etc. Said what terms and conditions? I told her 90% of the six persons i had talked to couldn't speak plain english, and had to have them repeat several times. I also told them several times i did not want to auto-ship and would never pay $80.00 for a months supplements. I don't care if it was a phone order, and sixteen days or what ever it was, the product did not work and i want a credit! She was very argumentive and rude. Said she would offer me half credit but no more. Told her that was unacceptable and would not agree to that. She said all their customer service reps spoke good english, maybe with an accent. That's bull!
