Was taken in by a commercial and called the 800 number. Luckily someone told me it was a 14 day trial period and I thought I cancelled on day 8. As it turns out they 'forgot' to cancel both products on the order. And on day 15 l was charged for the 2nd product. Now I cannot get a straight answer on how it happened or if it will happen again. I am being told "don't you worry." Very unhappy with myself and this scam!
