The order was shipped directly from our supplier via INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL and will be delivered to your address by Australia Post. This service does not offer a Tracking # however is Fully Insured.
In email sent to me thay claim-
"Your Satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed. If you have ANY issues or problems with your DVD Collection, please Contact Us. Our support department is available 24 Hours a day, 7 Days a Week and our #1 priority is your satisfaction." However give no contact details
