This is the worst property management company ever. Adriana Ruelas is the owner and a complete liar. I would strongly advise anyone from doing business with this company ever! They collect the rent check from your tenants and never deposit it in your account... Its been over 30 days and i still havent received my money. They are a fraud company and use your money for float, this is what the detective told me.
Please stay away from this company. They try to string you along for days and days and never return phone calls. If you are doing business with someone, you should get a call back by the end of the day, or at least an email, but they dont do anything for days... Always an excuse on their minds. Dont trust Adriana Ruelas. They are a bunch of cons!!
