I ordered Slimtone Plus and Body Cleanser as free trial with an option to cancel within 14days. I called the telephone line within 10 days and was directed to click option 1 to cancel and got a confirmation that the product is now cancelled and i hung up the phone. To mu surprise they still went ahead to charge me after the 14 day period the above amounts. I called my bank as i knew i had not purchased anything, and they mentioned a company had demanded payment for the above figures but it has gone out yet. I asked the bank to stop the payment but they refused and claimed it was my fault for providing my debit card details for purchases, i argued that the products had already been cancelled but that the company was obviously scrupulous by creating a cancellation system which i went through, but still turn around to charged me. My bank was not helpful and i called the company immediately. A very rude unscrupulous man spoke to me claiming they do not have a record that i made a cancellation, but can see that i called on the day mentioned. He stated i cannot be refunded as i did not cancel the orders, it was a system they created that i followed how else can i prove to them that i made the cancellation through their automated system. I told him they designed a system to cheat the public and that i need an address to write and make a complaint about this. He then gave me a full Name and address of a company in Panama, but insisted that an email will be quicker for me to address the issue of which i also took the email address.
