I purchased a kitten from Melissa MacPherson in 2012. Upon getting the kitten she had a foul odor to her, like an infection or rancid meat. I figured the smell may have been from a meal that may have included code liver oil before I got the kitten, or swimmers ear since the breeder likes to bathe her cats 1-2 per week (red flag #1). Her paws were stained yellow even through her coloring was chocolate and white and the paws were meant to be white... No where should this cat be yellow. She tried blaming it on the litter World's Best Cat litter (funny, I used the same brand for years and my white cats are still white, even without taking any baths). She had discharge from her eyes and her ears were a bright red and filthy.
I went home with my kitten and let her settle in by herself for the night and following morning. Once I got home that night, I noticed the poor kitten's rectum was sticking out of her rear a good 2cm.
