I paid $300 dollars for my Westar bill PRIOR to the due date it was all I had the bill was $399: Friday 9-20-12 I received a shut off notice that Westar is going to turn off my electricity over $99 and now they want the whole balance of over $590 dollars which I do not have. I have seen no TV the KCP&L on the Missouri side is making flexible payments arrangements with its customers too bad Westar can't extend the same to it's customers!!! How many cunsumers did they disconnect during this horribly hot summer and I wonder how people died because of them doing do!!! I have a four year old and 1 month old granddaughter that live with me... Do they care, heck no!!! I have contact KCTV 5 call for action maybe this time I will follow thru Westar needs the bad publicity. I do truly wonder how many people they disconnect this past summer and how many have died because of these people!
