No tag on item and told item was in the wrong place. Which happens alot. 2. Socializing about what time they got off work the other day, thereby delaying my wait time. 3. Not aware of what products they offer. I was inquiring about a program they offered along with Sears and how I didn't know the name of it but that previous cashiers have located my info by looking up my email. They insisted it was Kids Advantage and that they didn't offer it. Once home I pulled up my account and it was the Rewards program which they do offer and was just not concerned enough or knowledgable to know.
