Pchpoints is a rewards program where you place online orders and complete different offers through the pchpoints site with different businesses. For every offer you complete you are awarded so many points from pchpoints which you can trade in for cash and/or gift certificates.
I completed an offer through pchpoints with petcarerx.com.in doing so I was supposed to receive 9500 points (worth $10.00) from pchpoints.com. When I didn't receive my credit for the offer I emailed pchpoints about it. They replied with saying they didn't receive my name on the list of completed offers from any companies, even though I supplied them with my confirmation email from petcarerx and even though it says on pch's help page that if you don't receive your points to email your confirmation email and then pch will award your points.
So even though I completed my end of the deal, pchpoints did not. If this is how they're going to do business, they need to atleast post on their website very clearly that just because you complete an order through their site there is no guarantee you will receive the points that are rightfully yours. They also need to change their help section on what to do if you don't receive your points.
