Frank Jakubaitis is a coward who HAS STOLEN MILLIONS FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE and then hides behind his wife’s skirt in court and hires lawyers to defend him when investors sue him for fraud. If anyone or any finance company is considering loaning money to Frank Jakubaitis, RUN DON’T WALK!!! You will never see the money again! Just ask Rutan & Tucker or Knobbe Martens or Morris & Stone or The Dreyfus Firm or Horowitz, Cron & Armstrong or Adam Jaffe or any number of the dozen or so investors that loaned large amounts of money to Frank Jakubaitis. Every law firm listed above represented Wecosign and Jakubaitis at some point but none of them will be associated with Jakubaitis and Wecosign anymore because Jakubaitis refuses to pay them and has run out on huge outstanding balances!
Jakubaitis has stolen money from many innocent people who expected him to operate Wecosign with integrity and honesty but instead he has squandered all the investment money and destroyed the business and reputation of Wecosign with his arrogance and incompetence. He had a viable relationship with Ebay/Rent.com but lied to them then refused to pay them their share of the fees so they terminated the relationship. Only a complete and utter moron would do such a thing.
