I Purchased an electric scooter on 28.08 for my grandsons birthday, when it arrived it looked damaged and we could not fit the front wheel, we were advised by manufacturer to bend back into shape which we did and had too use different bolt to attach it, they were aware of this and said would change if any probs. Two days later throttle jammed and strong burning smell, unable to use. I have tried to contact the company on hundred of occasions they never answer the phone, that is why originally I went to manufacturers who are now saying contact retailer, if only I could, I have sent numerous e-mails no reply. What should I do now.
