Defendants were contracted to modify or otherwise improve the interest rate or debt structure on our property. If they were unable to do so, they promised to repay the $4,182.38 we paid. Research has shown that similar promises were made to many consumers who were also defrauded out of money. The offices are now closed and phones have been disconnected.
