These guys operate on Craigs List for rent to own properties in foreclosures. You pay them $199 upfront, and they allegedly find properties for you to rent to own, yet whatever you are interested in (from their photos and addresses) are never available! Further, they keep using the same photos and address over and over again. Not even smart about their scam.
