I thought i was going through global tel link and paid the money and then got a phone call giving me a code and different phone number, was asked who i had been going through, i said global tel link. They told me i was going to have to pay 25.00 more dollars to global tel link in order to use there service. I said i thought i was talking to global tell link, they said no, i told them i wanted a refund, they said they would get back with me. I got a email stating they do not give refunds. I had my bank try to get it back they couldnt even get it back. So i called to use the service since i couldnt get my money. They would never contact me, i even left messages and my phone number, no response. So i got screwed. I think the are in cahoots with global tel link.
