Full Count Services failed to record correct spelling of defendents name on the court paperwork after being provided proper spelling. Bolled me for apperence fees already paid for. Failed to file prop

On March 11 I contacted Full Court Eviction Service to start an eviction process, and faxed them all necessary paperwork. I was told the entire process would cost ($499) which encluded all filing fees and proof of service. On March 13 they deducted their fees from my account ($350).

On March 20 they deducted ($240) for the process server. On April 16 I contacted Full Count for status update, they said on April 10 they served all parties involved. On April 27 I contacted Full Court for update, and was told the parties filed an anwser and the case will be set for trial in May between May 14-28.

On May 3 I contacted Full Count to request legal representation. Full Court stated I would be billed another ($350) to be represented. On May 7 they deducted their fee ($350). On May 15 I received an e-mail from Full Court the limited court representation forms, at which time I notified them that they have one of the defendants first and last names spelled wrong and furnished them with the corrected spelling.

On May I contacted Full Court to confirm they have the correct spelling. They stated when they go to court they will make the correction in front of the judge. On May 31 Contacted Full Count advised them I received the paperwork from the Pasadena Court, asked what is the next step. They advised to wait and show up on scheduled court date.

On June 7 Contacted Full Court to request a copy of the retainer bill. They saidnot available yet the attornys are going over my case. On June 15 contacted Full Court advising them I received paperwork from the court regarding a dismal hearing advised to disregard the notice from the court. Requested billing statement for retaining attorney.

Pervailed in court on July 2. On July 9 Full Court deducted ($750) from my account. On July 12 I contacted Full Count to ask about the additional deduction. They stated thats what the attroney billed them.

I asked what the additional fee was for they stated because the attorney had to make a morning and a afternoon apperance. I then told them that I already piad for the morning apperance on May 3. After checking their records they issued me a refund for ($350).

On August 17 I contacted the Los Angeles County Sheriff's processing unit to get an update on the eviction and I was told no paperwork has been filed for my case from my attorney and there was not evection scheduled. On August 22 I contacted Full Court and advised their attorney did not file any of the paperwork. They syated that they would have to bill me and stated they could sent me the paperwork to file.

On August 28 I received the paperwork to file the eviction process. On September 10 I sent the Writ of evction paperwork to the Sheriff processing unit. On September17 I discovered my attorney did not file the paperwork with the clerk's office to schedule the eviction date like he was suppose to do. On September 18 I filed the paperwork with the clerk's office to have the eviction scheduled for excution.
