(1) He did not appear in court on april 16 (2) he has not scheduled a court date after this until Oct, 30 2012 and then he said not to attend. Ive had to come to his office at least 12 time due to me not able to reach him by phone his phone messages are full 98% of the time I call which is very uncommon for A law office.
