They were hired August 17, and the job should have taken 5 days max, according to them. Here it is, 7 weeks later, and the work still isn't complete. I have been unsatisfied with their work and they refuse to come back and re-do it. They offered a refund for the portion of the work they didn't complete. I have to hire a new company to finish their work. Caulk jobs are sloppy, fixtures are not secure, they broke one of my night stands... There is more!
My last call to one of the company's rep's about scheduling a time to finish the work in 2 of the bathrooms ended with me having to tell him that NO, I wasn't interested in having sex with him.
We will end up in court.
