I filed a complaint with paypal about this company, and since this company was able to give payal a USPS tracking number, and I received my SHOWER CAP today instead of my shoes, payapl has cloced my case complaint and has told me to contact the seller for a refund. Is there any way to let people know in advance that this "shoe" company is a scam? I don't have extra money to give away.
