I purchased some car insurance from Esurance Insurance company for my vehicle. I paid like 325.00 for the car insurance as a down payment, then a month later I received a email saying that I had to add all the people that they listed in the email on my car insurance or the insurance will cancel or I will receive a higher premium. My son was listed on the list and they told me that I need to add him and I told them that he did't live with me and his driver licences are suspended. The rep told me that I still need to add him on the policy and I told him that the company won't insure me if my driver licences was suspended. I feel like I wasn't treated fairly and I never heard of this.
