Giving False Information, lied, stole, false claims, confusing, poor follow through

I obtained car insurance through esurance after obtaining a few quotes from a few different insurance providers. It was for a vehicle I purchased the week prior, I am a single mom with no support, it took everything I had to get my car and insurance. Low and behold, they do not cover cars with rebuilt engines, which they knew my vehicle had when I purchased the policy. They 'claim' they told me a few days after I purchased the policy, but not I nor them has any record of this communication.

By the time they actually did tell me it was to late for any kind of refund and they tried to refuse to let me cancel my policy until I had other insurance (single mom, no money for extras, I am budgeted tight and this was not expected). I was insured for 2 weeks total, I paid $250.00 to them and was refunded a grand total of $44.00. It took longer to cancel my policy than what I had the policy for and twice, despite them refusing to cover me, they tried to reinstate it. I've received two bills from them since I cancelled my policy.
