I had Plumbing work serviced by Kramer on August 31st. They charged the work totaling - $683.04, in which they included the $29.00 service fee in error. I have contacted the office repeatly since 9/3 for my credit back of the $29.00. (service fee was to be waived if they did the job at that time, in which they did). I keep getting told the girl that handles that is out, gone for the day and nobody else, even the manager, can help me. They say they will call back. That doesn't happen either. All for $29.00. Really!!
