Mike Diamond Plumbing was called for a bid for 2 bath house re-pipe $ quote was $11,000.00. When bid was not accepted another, their second company, George Brazil Plumbing came and gave a bid of $4,800.00 after Diamond was told of 2 other bids around $5,000.00. I just happen to know that George Brazil had been bought out by Diamond in the south bay in Los Angeles area.
Diamond might smell, but I assure that it is not good. I had a better bid later and the work was great and done for $3,400.00 permit included and all to the same specs. Watch out if you don't know your plumbing, I do. Watch out these guys are shaky.
