I received a call from phone # 202-657-6142 and this person "Matthew" told me that I was qualified to receive a $7000.00 Government Grant, he told me that I only had 3 choices to receive this money:
1 on my Visa card
2 My bank account
3 Cash
So I told him to send it cash to my address that is when he told me to call his supervisor Claudia Smith to verify the money approval code #HR657. When I asked her for the name of her company she stated that she was calling from the US Government department and all I needed to do was go to a Western Union and pay a security fee of $320.00 which would be added to my $7000.00 refund so in total I would be getting $7320.00. She asked me to call her once I was at the local Western Union so she can further instruct me... I doubt I will be going any further than this!!!
