I ordered a free trial of lipo slim in June. Wasn't impressed with the product and called to cancel. They stated I didn't cancel within the 14 days - the 14 days starts when you place the order, only received the goods a week later, so I'm stating my 14 days should start the day I receive it. So, we agreed that they would refund me 1/2 of the amount. This has been going on since June and still no refund. I call at least once a week and get "the cheque has been issued, stopped payment on the first cheque, issued another cheque: all bs - never received anything. I have zero creditability in their customer service
