We are having some issue with trying to purchase a foreclosure from One West Bank. We have had a contract since early May (it's now Sept 21). We were told that the POA had expired. Now that the POA is current they are refusing to sign the certificate of trust. Now they are threatening to cancel our contract and put it back on the market if we don't buy it without the proper papers signed by them. Our bank will not close without these papers signed. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
