My name is Kenneth Cunningham, and I believe that I am a victim of Identity theft. I was living with my sister and my nephew at (Personal Information Removed) back in 2010. My nephew purchased 3 cell phones under my name bringing about a charge of $1700 on the account back in June. I am not a member of AT&T nor have I ever been. I found out about this charge when I requested my credit report and score and a police report has been filled. Can I please have this removed from my record? What should I do next?
