I called this number thinking they provided support for AVG. This company did not. I spent an hour with a technician looking at my files and she said this is why AVG would not allow Guild Wars 2 through my AVG firewall. Then she proceeded to tell me about plans to have my computer protected starting at $399.99. They finally dropped the price to a $120.00 for a one time fix. I asked to speak to a supervisor because the tech refused to fix the simple issue of getting Guild Wars 2 through the firewall. I spoke to Max (ID # 7011684) and all he did was insist that this was the problem. I asked to speak to customer service and I was promised I would receive a return phone call.
