I have tried to contact them re an outdoor for an outdoor sun umbrella ordered, but have not received voucher or order number, via their " contact us" but complaint can't be submitted as I don't have a Voucher number or an order number so can't send the message.
At this stage I'd say they are a scam and in future will not be dealing with them. Looks as if a personal call to the above address will be the next step.
