I ordered a pair of boots on 12/9. The payment was verified through PayPal. On 12/19/09 the order status was still "pending". I sent an inquiry to to company through their customer service link, nad had not received a response by 12/23, so I sent another inquiry. I have received no response by 12/28, so I tried both the customer service number and the order number - both disconnected! So I am out $144.00 of money that I received as an early Christmas present??
