Our secretary received a piece of paper by fax requiring "additional data required" and asking for email address and company info. The unsolicited invitation did not describe any cancellation policies. One month later they send our office a bill for $1389. I Want to know whom to officially complain about this company. The FCC? I live in KY and this company is based in NY and we never requested any placement in their "on-line directory". Which state law kicks in and why is this company still operating?
