Horrible customer service and billing on cancelled accounts

In late March I cancelled my website with iPage. After reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed a charge for $118.00. I did a webchat with someone in their billing department and after some argument over the account's status, they agreed to refund my money.

On April 6th, they refunded $10.99 for the domain privacy, and I waited for the remainder. After several days I had another webchat with another person. They told me 7-10 business days for the credit to appear. Again I waited and on April 21st, I entered another webchat, this time I was told the refund was made on the April 8th, I told the rep, this is not true and she wanted to see my statement. So I redacted the sensitive information and faxed it to her as she requested then she tried to blow me off by telling me some other specialist would look into it and get back to me. I told her I was not satisified with that answer and I wanted the name of a supervisor that would take ownership of this issue. And that I wanted it resolved today, otherwise I would be contacting the BBB and be pulling my other two accounts with them and moving them to another hosting company. Today's chat lasted nearly an hour. Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and will give you nothing but a run around. They also have a bunch of hidden fees tucked into their contracts. It's best to stay away.
