My credit card account had been deducted for an amount of around $ 9 (inr Rs. 500.00). When asked about the details of the deductions with the concerned bank (HDFC), they are unable to furnish the details to me. Rather, they are asking me for the card block & replacement. I need clear description about the amount being deducted and the vendor to whom the payment was made (with genuine reason).
