Store manager is too busy to speak to a cust. W / a problem. Store refuses to make good on a garauntee. Store claims I need a receipt even though when the battery was purchased 10/5/10. The receipts issued by the stores are printed on thermal paper. After some time all walmart receipts washout. I"ve been recomending these batteries and installed them in at a half dozen of my freinds vehicles. Assistant (Lukas), store manager Nati Rezene. Please help. I can"t find the original receipt, however when the store scans the bar code everything matches.
