I purchased Three bottles of HCG Ultra. After carefully reading the instructions my Doctor and I decided that this dangerous diet is not for me. I have tried contacting them through email with no results. I have heard of two addresses. 1. P.O. Box 30816, Salt Lake City, UT 84130 and 2. P.O. Box 2999, Riverton, UT 84065-2099. I think the second one is correct and the first one is just a fulfillment center. Lots of complaints on HCG Ultra.
