My mom called me to ask about a charge on her bank statement that she did not understand or have logged in her register. She gave me the EFT info, I Googled it "Club Billing FBO YS Membership Billing" and up came an abundance of complaints for the same company and amount of $449.24. We immediately realized it is a total fraud. She does not recall speaking to anyone so we are trying to wrap our heads around how they obtained her bank information. I saw one other person who said their bank was BOA which is where my Mom banks also. I am now wondering if BOA is the common factor? Not sure where the company is located either. It sickens me that people prey on the elderly in our society, unfortunately this is not the first time someone has tried to take advantage of her. She is on her way to the bank this morning to get the charges reversed.
