On Aug. 20, I saw the add on TV & called to order trial for $4.95 s/h & on 9-13-12 I was charged $97.88 on my checking debit card which made my account overdrawn & was charged $25.00 from my credit union. I called on 8-28-12 to cancel any further orders. When I saw the charge from my bank, I called 9-17-12 & talked to Ingrid in Ca. She said there was no call on 8-28-12, I argued with her, she was calling me a LIAR, she said when they get the unused package back, the may or may not refund my money. She was very rude & said probably won't get money back. This is a big ripoff company & hope I can get refunded my $97.88 $25.00 for overdraft back.
