I purchased meats from Greg 918-480-0387 and Tressa for the amount of 1235.76. On Memorial weekend I had guests and grilled some of those steaks for them. The steaks were bad and thank GOD you could taste that they were bad. I called Benco Foods, Inc at 866-432-3492 to report that the meat was bad and wanted a full refund of my money. They wanted to replace the meat but considering that I bought the meat in good faith that it was good, I did not trust that the next batch of replaced meat would be fit to eat so I opted for a refund instead. I have called many times since and still have not gotten anyone that is saying they are going to make this right. I keep getting that they will talk to a person and get back to me. So far nothing. Its now September. Its time to get this taken care of.
