He is selling meat under the name of Premium Meats which is called Midwestern Beef and is packaged in Bolingbrook, IL.By Quantum Foods. Absolutely the worse meat that any of us have ever tasted. The filets and strip steaks are nothing but grizzle and neither look or taste like meat. I've already called Quantum and while they admit to packaging the meat they are not responsible for the quality (or lack of) according to them. Any refund would need to come from the rep who of course does not answer his phone or return calls. Be warned - anybody coming to your door to sell cases of meat are shysters. Google complaints regarding "Midwestern Beef" and you will see that many people have the same complaint. BBB complaints against this individual have been returned.
