I saw this when I was checking my Bank Account. I do not know what this is, never heard of them. The only thing I have filled out using my debit card is American Health Adantage... I looked up Globe Telecom.inc. And it had something to do with health. I don't understand what is happening, how they got my debit card numbers... They had # (Personal Info Removed) on what I found and that is the last four digets of my card.
