A "customer service rep" calls during drive time on afternoon stating that my advertising service is about to expire. Knowing that I have NO PAID ADVERTISING set up I say "ok extend my service..." after some switching of reps and fast talking, I receive a bill for $495 in the mail. I refuse to pay and receive many threatening phone calls which I have now blocked. Letters are now threatening collections. They of course recorded the call and with their bait and switch phone style surely have me agreeing to paying $495 for something I didn't agree to in reality. Why would I pay for advertising when Google is free? DUH! I have also sent them their "invoice" back with refusal to pay to which they ignored.
