Hello, I 'm very upset because the treat they gave us was terrible, and I was with a disabled person, we arrive early and we need to wait 4 hrs, for the room, but the lack of humanity that I observe in the hrs I was waiting was unbelieved.
On top of that when finally they gave us the room
this was so dirty and smell urine. So my brother and me decided to change because we had a long trip and we need to rest during the night in a clean place. So I need this hotel refund my money.
I left the hotel because the poor condition they
was offering to its customers because THE HOTEL CAN BE POOR BUT CLEAN.in my understanding poverty has nothing to do with messy. I'm ready to write a letter to the Bureau of Consumer Protection, be =
cause it is unacceptable what they offer to its customers. I red the policy of cancellation but my complain has nothing to do with a cancellation.
My complain is based on the nature of this hotel.
