I was contacted by phone by a reprenstive of publishers clearing house they got my credit card number. Then told me i was being recorded. They told i agreed to this. Which i did verabally how ever i decided i didnt want the books they told me i can not cancel the order. I requested to be billed instead of useing my credit card and was refused i dont belive a verbal yes constutes a contract.
