Offerd People through Publishers Clearing House: took my credit card payment, no magazines recieved

Ordered People Magazine for $99 through a Publishers Clearing House offer. I waited the 7-11 weeks for the magazine and got nothing. The company, Rite Price Magazines, no longer has a working number at 718-513-6681 and the website www.ritepricemagazines.com does not appear to be working either. Will try calling Publishers Clearing House and see what they say.
